A. AI Quick Audit / Consultations

Refunds are available only if the session has not yet been completed or scheduled.

Once a session is held, reviewed, or materials have been delivered, the service is non-refundable.
B. AI Roadmap (30/60/90 Day Plan)

Refunds may be issued within 3 days of purchase, provided no meetings have taken place and no materials, assessments, or drafts have been delivered.

After work has begun, including data collection, strategy planning, or preparation of deliverables, the purchase may become only partially refundable or non-refundable. Level of completed work will dictate how much will be refunded.
C. Monthly AI Partnership / Retainer Services

Monthly retainers may be canceled at any time.

Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for the current billing period once services have been initiated, booked, or completed in any portion.
D. Workshops & Training Sessions

Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

If cancellation is requested after the 24-hour window or the attendee does not show up, the fee is non-refundable.

In the event JTech AI cancels the session, customers receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Digital Products or Downloads
If JTech AI offers templates, documents, guides, or digital tools:

All digital products are final sale.

No refunds are provided once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Service Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us directly. While refunds may not apply, we aim to resolve concerns by:
